A day of physical exploration to experience the state of BEING. To meet, meet others through various practices such as yoga, meditation and beauty treatments.
The art of being is learning to listen to body language, a real re-education because the body does not speak in words but in sensations. Mindfullness meditation (MBSR) and Yoga are techniques designed to open up and speak with the whole body while taking the time to release any accumulated tension. To circulate the energies and the emotions which could have remained blocked in certain places of the body.
– 10 am: Welcome
– 10.15 am-11.15 am: Hatha Vinyasa Yoga (Dynamic Yoga)
– 11.30 am: Mindfullness meditation (MBSR)
– 12.30 pm: Lunch *
– 1.30 pm: Facial Yoga
– 2.45 pm: Yin Yoga (Soft Yoga)
– 3.45 pm: Closing
* The meal is taken as a picnic, brought by everyone in a warm atmosphere, all in a beautiful space dedicated to well-being, equipped with yoga mats and cushions.
